The workshops/sessions that we provide support self esteem and assist in improving levels of confidence and self-worth.


A typical session fuses creativity and mindfulness with activities and tools to show children and young adults ways that they can help to regulate emotions, reducing anxiety and stress.


Sessions can be adapted but here are some of the key areas :

During the Summer term, transition sessions are available for pupils about to embark on their next chapter in High School.
